Spring fun

Robin's and my student Mao made these beautiful flower crowns out of dandelions and baby roses for us. She is such a sweet young lady. We are so lucky to work with the Hmong students at our school. It has been an incredible experience getting to know them and their culture.

My Utah Buddies!

Sherrie, Lorie and Angie are my three angels! We have been through thick and thin; I don't know what I would do without them in my life! Lorie now lives in California so we get to see each other more often. Sherrie and Angie are still in Utah, but distance doesn't matter....they are, and always will be, my peeps!

First Fishing Day of the Season

Ron and I decided to enjoy the beautiful spring day and go fishing. This is Lake DeSalbe about 2 miles north of our house. We really live in a spectacular area!





Ron reeled in everything but a fish.


I decided to take the opportunity to soak up the vitamin D...and catch up on my reading.

Sushi and Dancing

Us middle school teachers know how to celebrate our first day of spring break. We ate at the Rice Bowl, Japanese style. Yummy food and warm sake prepared us to go dancing afterwards. What fabulous and fun friends I have. We had such a great time!
